Towards a net zero world - Challenges of the transition

The 'challenges of the energy transition towards a net zero world' attracted speakers such as Carlos Moedas, president of the Lisbon City Council, Vera Pinto Pereira, executive director of EDP, António Pires de Lima, chairman of the Brisa Group, and Duarte Cordeiro, Minister for the Environment and Climate Action, among many others, to the Museu dos Coches in Lisbon. The plans of cities such as Cascais, Oeiras or Famalicão, companies in the automotive sector and the government to achieve carbon neutrality were the focus of the debate, which also had a European perspective, represented by the Polis programme. Technological innovation and data science were also present as essential partners in this adventure towards a 'net zero' world.
